Before I finally go to bed here are some more things I wanted to say:
- Meta-emotion often occurs very late at night. Whether it is caused by being awake at night or the feeling itself causes one to stay up later is up for debate.
- Becoming a princess is a relatively easy feat. One can marry into a royal family, or even consume the remains of a long-dead Egyptian Princess to absorb her regal essence.
- The last song on the album I was listening to as I wrote these entries tonight (Human After All) is entitled Emotion, which I did not remember until after the song had begun to play.
- I want to create some more userpics for myself even though I really don't have any use for more.
- I still want to create games, but the games themselves aren't what I find the most interesting, what I really, really want to do is create worlds.
- Anyone who sees me taking my vitamin pills must think I'm addicted to drugs on a massive scale.

While posting that last entry I noticed that LiveJournal entries now include an additional piece of metadata: the location field. I plan to utilize this going forward, and will be back-locating some specific entries. I might consider going back through all my entries at some point, but that's just speculation right now. |

| SuprGlu |
[Feb. 6th, 2006|01:49 pm] |
I know this idea has been tossed around for a while, and I've personally been (just a tiny tiny bit) involved with the development of Rhyzomatic, but today I just signed up for SuprGlu, which seems like a pretty convenient way just to see all of my most recent contributions to the web. Check it out.
PS: I'm wearing sandals today. |

| Beach! |
[Jan. 30th, 2006|03:31 pm] |
Right now I'm getting paid $11 an hour to sit at my desk at work and write this livejournal entry. That's about $1 every 5.45 minutes.
If I were to take an hour off to go sit on the beach (it's fucking beautiful outside right now) it would effectively cost me $11. But it's fucking worth it.
Besides, it's my birthday, I deserve it. |

Heeheehee!
Inspired by the copious amounts cash found in my bedroom, I went out to my car, and managed to find about $6.50. This brings the total to almost $60, if you count the pennies.
I think I'll take a vote/poll to see what I should spend it all on.
Poll #273303 I've got hella coinage!

| Perl |
[Mar. 30th, 2004|12:15 am] |
Started doing some more web programming today. Specifically, I started writing a semi-minor upgrade to cms, which is the hack I use to create my dynamic webpages at doopokko.net. I'm actually writing the new version to be used at the GSA website, even though it doesn't need any dynamic content. I'm doing this to keep my Perl skills sharp, and to clean up the CMS code. I'm basically making the system more flexible by allowing the disabling of options, to show that a site as simple as the GSA page can be displayed using my code. It's also going to fix the stupid bug with the page titles.
In other website news, I've been working a little bit more on the doopokko.net/livejournal blog integration. The current working version can be viewed here but I'm still working on it, and no prettiness is guaranteed. Try changing the themes, though, that part works. :) Eventually it should integrate with the page seamlessly, and provide all functionality that my LJ interface does.
In other news, I've basically finalized my Cybercamps application. I just need to ask Mr. Hanson if he'd mind me listing him as a reference, and looking up a few phone numbers for my old manager. I also registered for the SAT Is. |

| Coming Soon...Maybe. |
[Mar. 14th, 2004|12:43 pm] |
Well, now that we know that works, well, it won't really have any significant impact on any of our lives, now will it.
I am however considering coming up with a new layout for the blog, and I do want to do an update on my website as well. After working on the GSA website I think I've been bitten by the web design bug, so we'll see what happens. Don't expect anything entirely new, but look for some differences, both here and at my website. My website might even get a new theme or two, and hopefully the start of real content is coming up.
Of course, I haven't actually worked on BFP at all this weekend. This week I'll definately get some work done on that, as well as potentially setting up the website for it. I've taken on so many projects; now that I'm starting to get well again I might give up sleeping so I can come closer to finishing them all. I'd give up homework too, but since I already haven't done any all semester that probably wouldn't save me too much time. |

I'm just checking to see if the picture thingy works.
Oh, and I also wanted to say that I fell asleep in Barnes and Noble's again today.
Addendum (12:12 AM): Ohhhh, I get it! My picture only shows up when I'm on someone's friend's page. It's not supposto show up on mine, because everyone already knows its me. Duh. |
